Jinbei is a type of traditional Japanese clothing. With superb ventilation from kite string threaded in a ladder-like, lace pattern on the shoulders and armholes, the wearer feels light and cool. Whether you're lounging at home or mixing and matching this traditional wear with modern clothing, make a fashion statement that's uniquely yours.

The fabric is made of yarn with fine knots called Nep. When woven, the resulting fabric has an uneven thickness. With a tasteful finish, this time-honored technique of intentionally showing the fabric's unevenness expresses simplicity and traditional Japanese beauty. The colors of the warp and weft threads are also combined to create shades of light and dark, resulting in a sense of depth throughout the fabric.
