When Do You Ship Orders?

Japandi Supply House orders: Packaged and shipped every Friday.

Partner brand orders: Typically dispatch within 3–7 business days.

Made-to-order: Lead times will be noted on each product page.

Small-batch in stock: Timelines will be clarified at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii: Rates are shown at checkout (availability may vary by product).

Furniture: Delivered via White Glove Service (Deliveright).

Once your order arrives, you’ll receive an email from Japandi Supply House.

Deliveright will then contact you directly to schedule delivery on a day of your choice.

Select products ship to 150+ countries via Shopify Markets Pro + DHL Express.

Eligible products are tagged as Worldwide Shipping.

P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.
